The Budokai episodes have specially made titles. The music here is based on the signature theme of Golden Harvest (an Asian film studio known for the Bruce Lee films).
In the second episode Goku told Buruma he was 14.
Her scene in 3:26. The manga and Japanese has Buruma finally understand why the supposedly older Goku was immune to her beauty and charm.
It’s ironic how Toriyama is parodying the ‘fighters move super fast fighting’ trope. This becomes the norm in DB.

I was wondering about the title cards. I love that for the tournament ark they decided to make special titles, especially referencing a studio known for fighting movies!
