We fill coffee bags from Amazon and cold brew in a large jug. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X65QLF7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1We top it with a splash of Califia Mocha cold brew and Califia Toasted Coconut milk. I do a yummy dessert with coconut that’s so simple. Mix 300gr of coconut with one can of condensed milk and pour it on a Graham cracker pie crust. Bake for 20/30 minutes or until golden. Take it out of the oven. Melt some chocolate with 3 Tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave. Pour it on top of the pie and put it in the fridge until the chocolate hardens. And voila! Done

As a vegan I'm using coconut milk all the time. I have a ranch dressing recipe that's a family favorite. You have to be a little more creative when cooking vegan because your ingredient list is limited...lol. Thanks for sharing some delicious looking recipes with us Lauren:)

I made the prawns and chicken last weekend and they were amazing!!! My husband just made scallops and marinated them in the same recipe as the prawns, that was delish also! Thanks for an amazing recipe!

Loved these recipes. I have never cooked shrimp on the BBQ. How long do you cook them per side?
I cook them for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are crunchy 💕

I just use 1 can of coconut milk, add 1 cup of rice, boil and cook like normal. Once its done, add a little butter, cilantro and fresh lime zest! 💕
