I am glad you mentioned other flavors you could use, because it looks so good, but I am not a huge pumpkin fan. You did not mention any cooling time, so do you add the layers to the crust while it is still hot?
Building this on the parchment is a great idea. It definitely would make removing/cutting so much easier.

This looks delisous! In the recipe it doesn't list butter in the topping but it shows you putting in a stick in the video. I am sure it needs it. Just hope 1 stick is the right amount.
What kind of oven do you have?
after the vanilla liquid did you add salt ? that ingredient is not on the recipe not sure if I am making correctly?
The pumpkin cheesecake bars look delicious. Are you using pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin puree. You said both, so I'm confused.
Sorry! I would use pumpkin purée but I have used pumpkin pie filling before too!
