Halloween Decor Hunt June 2023! CODE ORANGE & Summer Finds at Old Time Pottery, HomeGoods & More!

- Join me for a fun summer-ween day of Halloween decor hunting AND summer decor browsing - my first of 2023 - we find a major code orange, shopping and exploring home goods stores and finding both Halloween and summer decor (plus a surprise Spirit Halloween unboxing and a little personal chat)! We visit Old Time Pottery, HomeGoods and Super Target, with of course a Starbucks run, and have a relaxing fun day celebrating both summer 2023 and the first Halloween 2023 decor and merchandise out in the shops as we hit a major Code Orange and find some really cute, dapper pumpkins, decorations and more, and discover this year's Halloween theme - top hat pumpkins, skeletons, frogs and more! We also see some fall and Thanksgiving stuff, and of course 4th of July, fireworks, red, white and blue, plus an awesome LEGO display, and lots and more! As a bonus, I added a little video I took of a special mailing from Spirit Halloween that I was SOOO excited to open! Every year I love to share tours of Spirit Halloween stores as they open and I was so honored to receive this after being a huge fan of Spirit Halloween (and their charity, Spirit of Children) for all these years!! I hope you enjoy this more casual, day in the life vlog, Halloween shopping 2023, my first major CODE ORANGE of the year, and hanging out with me in Winter Park, Ocoee and Central Florida, outside the theme parks, to do some things I find really fun and wanted to share with you! Always fun no matter what you're doing and........your hair looks great! Promise did a great job!!!!! Edited to add......I just took down my vintage Easter bunnies and decor last week. It wasn't because I was being lazy! I was just enjoying them. At 54, I have finally decided to put things in my house that make me happy for as long as they make me happy! Not trying to impress anyone anymore. If I like it, and it makes me smile, then WIN!!! Sooooo.......slap those Halloween/Spooky things up and enjoy them!!! LOL!!
Honestly YES, exactly that! If it makes you happy and you're enjoying it, then keep it up! Our homes are our spaces to make as we please, and to be our happy, comfortable space. If more people just allowed themselves the little things that make them happy and worried less about what others think like this, the world might be a better place!

I miss Old Time Pottery. I moved and we don't have one here. They always have good prices on stuff and super cute halloween and christmas decor. I have never seen fireworks sold in Target before, that was odd to see. Thanks for taking us along
Olde Time Pottery, for a while, had a good selection of Disney stuff. I miss that. My kitchen has a Mickey crockpot and waffle iron

I already picked up some Halloween stuff at AT HOME. I did notice that prices have gone up since last year. Paid about $8 for some things that would have been $5 last year.

I’ve heard of holiday Peacocks, but “Spookymingos” are a new one for me! 😁 Even if the Super Target didn’t have the ‘Hide and Eek’ assortment out on display just yet, one can always find something to get excited about at Target. It is a treasure trove full of everything anyone can ever need. “You are gonna get the stuff!” 😂 I always walk out with a minimum of $60’s worth of stuff I didn’t really need, but am suddenly excited to have found. Was at Bath and Body works yesterday shopping their 75% off sale and seen Fall shower gels and hand soaps!
I made a big online order from them already!! I’ll go in person soon too, mostly I look for their pumpkin candles.
@@SuperEnthused I look mainly for hand soaps, and also the hand sanitizer holders for each season for my backpack purse. My husband doesn’t like burning candles he’s afraid we’ll leave them burning and burn down the house…so more money spent elsewhere 🤪

I set my alarm about 10 minutes before I need to get out of bed because I like to wake up slowly and think about getting up and how great the day is going to be instead of jumping out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off and feeling rushed.
