Hello everyone 😊
After e long period of time we have come up with our third episode of 'Nrityamalika' today with all your support and well wishes. This video is based on the 10 odissi Chauka steps along with the chauka Tehai. All the 10 steps of 'Chauka' are shown in the video for the beginners.
Chauka: The basic stance of seated Lord Jagannath idol is in the form of 'Chauk' meaning 'Square Shaped'. Here the hands are in the shape of square and the two feet faces opposite to each other with a distance of one two palms between the two.
