We visit this location on Mother's day which so happens to be the day Griff's nan passed away.

Hi Ste, Griff and Griffs dad, thank you for doing this video of your family home. I've just now bn able to watch vid, I also heard "we are here" on the spirit box. The movement/sounds from downstairs can clearly be heard. Had me in kinks when Griff was lying down at top of the stairs, right upto when he hit his elbow ouch! It would be great if you guys could do an overnighter or just go back a second time. I'm just happy that you guys are continuing to make your videos, had me worried, love you guys and what you do for keeping it real. Stay safe 👍

Is this place the reason for why you got into the paranormal field Griff? Our house as a guest with a sense of humour,keeps pinching my lighters😂,I’ll search everywhere then it’ll turn up in the place I left it,even though I looked there 1st,I think it may be a non smoker or a child,as me & my partner heard a kid saying “mum” at 2 in the morning crystal clear,we also get pulsating orbs on cameras,we love our guest!!!

Great video and Griff you look so much like your Dad ,he’s funny too ..Hello Dad ha ha..I also sense it’s children in there rather than adults..no harm is done it’s playful..and children are heavy footed..as far as the one crossing the garden that’s just a residual haunting where it goes through the same thing over and over..He is from before the church and the housed were there..Things in the greenhouse is done by the children too none of it is bad ..you can feel the love in the home ..Keep safe boys and I am glad your still doing great videos..Love n Light 😀xx

Creepy when Griff hit his elbow I swear I heard it say "sorry" like it knew it was gonna happen... As for Dave... I have been holding this back but in the entire group you seem to always look scared. Honestly since the beginning you have grown a bit less scared, but if something scary were to happen I swear I picture you the first to drop everything and run. I hope that is not true at this moment as this is still 4 years back, but this is kind of fun seeing how you all have grown into this team. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Also just after 22:38 “when you ask did you just move right next to me?” I hear a lady say “sound of it” like you heard the sound of it.

@The Ouija Brothers I don't get a good vibe from this house at all. Whether it's because I saw the picture of the face in the window before I watched this or some other reason. All I know I get the same chills watching you on the stairs in this house as I do when I watch footage of 30 East Drive stairs. Just before Ste said he felt cold on the stairs I couldn't stop thinking that a man was standing behind Ste wanting to push him down the stairs.
At 12:50 (on slow setting) there a orb that shoots fast from the staircase to the wall above the radiator after Ste said "Hello". It could be dust but I think it's strange that you don't see any other dust movement throughout the video only then and it's around the same area the rempod went mad.
I'm gutted that I can no longer hear your colouful language lol, but as long as you are making content, I can deal with the blanks.

When you both were upstairs & you were talking & calling out @ around 6:33 you say "can you knock " & right after that it sounds like a woman's whisper or talking.
