Pro-Tip. Adding 25% greenish - green grapes, you do not need the pectin. Alternative, peal 4 granny smith apples and add the peals to the boil. No need for chemically processed pectin.

Same, we followed the directions from the video and the jelly didn't set either. On our second batch we used the directions on the box and it set perfectly over night. The directions from the video is for low sugar Sure Jell (pink box) if you use the original Sure Jell (yellow box) you will need to use more sugar. This is an important distinction that isn't made in the video.

It at least lasted a month, we’ve got a Lotta folks in our house so the stuff disappeared pretty quick. It probably wouldn’t last as long as the stuff you get from the store because there’s no preservatives in there. I hope this answers some of your questions

If you didn’t process then aka boil them for like 5-10 minutes after canning only up to 6 months. If you do boil them they’ll be good for up to a year from everything I e read on grape and strawberry jelly. I made my own strawberry jams and I’m on my last jar and it’s almost 3 months old and still has the same great consistency and taste and the first jar
