I can buy 150 blades for $10, which equals out to about 6.7 cents per blade. I make about $25/hour at work, which means I make 6.7 cents in about 10 seconds. I can change out a blade in about 20 seconds. So using a new blade costs me about 30 seconds worth of my time, aka 20 cents. If sharpening the blade takes any longer than 30 seconds (or produces a lower quality blade compared to a brand new one) then this method isn’t worthwhile. Since this is relatively quick it might be less than 30 seconds, but IMO it still doesn’t save all that much time or money. Im doing a job, used my, same laser, and found it 4+ inchs off...Its best to check that the leveling bubbles have not gotten knocked off....I checked it with a string line level and glad I did, all most wasted 7 6x6 #1 select d/f posts at $75 each...Now trying to get it back to level...outdoors, I use mine with just the dot, no turning, just aim it where I want it...shows up good in bright direct sun light to about 20ft,. Just turn it on slightly and it wont rotate....Thanks for the info on leveling it. they no longer sell it and lost the manual

Hi! Thank you for very useful video and great tips - immediate subscription! I tried to do something similar, but something went a bit off, so I’m kindly asking you for an advice: I have a wooden IKEA table. Its top made of several wooden blocks, so it’s not a single sheet of wood. I dyed it using water-based dye, and covered it with the first coat of polyurethane lacquer. The thing is that after applying the first coat I can see that the surface gone patchy - some wooden blocks are glossy and smooth, and some - dull and a bit rough to the touch, where the wood absorbed the lacquer. I was going to use fine sandpaper to even the surface after the first coat of lacquer. But now I’m a bit confused as I don’t know if I could damage the dye layer on the dull patches and expose the wood, as it is obviously very thin. What would you suggest to do in this case? I was going to do at least three coats of lacquer with sanding in between.

This is a temporary fix. Relays are very cheap. Just get another one. You don't want to be stuck at night in the middle of nowhere.

Just get rid of the breaker bar. You cannot do a whole fenceline with a breaker bar. Your body will suffer actual damage.
