This doesn’t work on a Mac and hasn’t since I got it. There are hundreds on threads on it but Logitech won’t fix their software.
Can you still get by without logitech software? I heard you could still use it without the software and can utilize third party software instead.
I wish you guys lower the gesture distance for the macros to trigger or at least have a setting that lowers it. O+'s travel is waaay to long. I'm not sure why you guys increased the gesture distance but I've never heard people complain that the original options was "too sensitive" on the gestures. If you bring it back, then I'll upgrade. Been asking this for two years now and it's always "Thank you for your feedback. We'll look into it." When?

Tablets and foldables. Unfortunately, they have shamefully ignored Android users for many years with their essential peripheral software support. Considering how expensive they cost, and that Android is a legitimate, stable and mature operating system...
Why does the mouse constantly lose connection? It is a headache and a waste of time that this happens all the time, I am bored with your application and sending reports that solve nothing for us, something to say?
DO NOT INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE. Or you will not be able to use your Logitech devices anymore. Now you have to have an internet connection and you have to visit a website to use your device. Problem is that the website detects your devices but Logi Options does not! I uninstalled the software and installed an older version, which uses the old method, but now it doesn't work either.
That fantastic new app of yours doesn't see any of the 5 devices connected to the receiver and thus all I have is a black screen that wishes me a good day in the left upper corner.
Why even removing the older working software? Do I have to hunt for your old software on weird websites? Very convenient!

Not one positive comment? I quit reading the comments and am not installing this new software. Took a while to get the old software to work right and it works great for me. I do not need any more time consuming problems in my life. I like the things that work.

I tried downloading it when it first came out. It's rubbish. I went back tot the original and I'm not upgrading.
hi everyone. I'm using a MX3S mouse with Options + and it doesn't seem to be possible to assign a Smart action to a Gesture. Am I missing anything? It doesn't seems to be an option and it should be pretty logical and easy to allow this
Well, it appears that none of the commenters think much of the Logi Options+ App, so I'm going to pass. If my Logitech mouse and keyboard stop working I'll invest in another brand.
It would be nice if you made a video for those of us who are not so tech savvy--you know, one that doesn't go so fast, flashing one thing and then another and not really explaining anything. This was pretty useless, at least for me.

i have the same mouse but how do I change the dpi? and if so is there somewhere where I can see the dpi number instead of percentage
The side buttons on my Logi 720 were programmed as up and down sound buttons on my old computer but they do not work on my new computer. What do I do?
I'd love it if this worked... for a $300 keyboard and mouse set to have software that's totally broken is ridiculous.
Multiple releases a day and nothing fixing actual problems. "Fixes for some random crashes."
You wont get a crash report if it won't open!
The older app was working fine, the new Logi Options+ app will only open after install, can't see any of my existing devices.
Clicking Bluetooth opens the Mac system bluetooth panel and then what?
Closing the app, and reopening results in the app stuck loading forever.
Opening the old Logi Options app says "use in Options+", again does nothing.
Removing Options+ and using the old app also doesn't work. it still says "use in Options+"
These comments are gonna steer me away from this software lol thanks everyone.
can we simply know our DPI, I want dpi.settings now perctage of "speed" how am I supposed to be accurate and consistent of what i prefer. just plain comfusing and guessing
logi tech software i used never work on my mac,
Mac os Catalina and Windows 10 the Flow wont work at all. i use last capabile version 1.44.415778 firewall turned off. Same network. Program can't find another machine.. i was try everything. rollback to the option 9.70 to 10.1 - nothing work! I dissapointed logitech software..
Mouse connects to Bluetooth on mac fine, but when I select INSTALL OPTIONS+ button on the landing page in Options+, it starts to download and then it gives an error : "Unable to download Options+. Oops, something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again later." My mac is connected to high speed wifi so it's not the internet as I have tried it with multiple high speed Wifi. Anyone else get this on mac?

never expected this from Logitech
before. you could adjust the mouse speed in a wif. now. it takes to open the app, change the damn settings. its annoying. the old app for mx master was better

Linux APP Please
I've got an old Logitech bottom-of-the-line wireless mouse and keyboard connected to my computer by a dongle. Does this apply to me at all? I hope not.
No software for Linux! No more logitech devices until this is remedied.
This is unnecessary. I'm not updating mouse software on two computers. I doubt it will be a simple process to connect my Wave keyboards with MX Master 2s, which were separate purchases and not naturally linked to one unifying receiver.
