@@777mehak the idea is that if you watermark your video, the company you are reviewing is less likely to use your video in their advertising. In this case, the company that produces the product James is using is known to edit review videos from influencers into adverts in such a way that it makes it look like the influencers are raving about the products (when usually that is just not the case). Usually the influencers are not paid for the footage either, so it extra sucks

The whole thing of applying certain foods that are made up of certain molecules that are technically beneficially to the skin is that the way they're tied up / suspended in the food they're not really available for your skin to absorb. That's why professional skin care formulations which make such molecules available and absorb-able exist.

@@nerida3347 usually most people use a cleansing balm then a nice gentle facial cleanser (wash off kind). Micellar water is great for using on stubborn water proof mascara but to save yourself from excessive rubbing and pulling, a good cleansing balm and a good cleanser. Also don't add to much to your skincare, your young so you don't need a ton of anti aging or products in general. A cleanser (possibly one that targets acne if needed), a nice moisturizer a heavy one if your skin is dry a gel if your acne prone, and a sunscreen. Sunscreen is one of the best anti aging products you can use and if you want to do something preventative then do something with an active once a week. Remember skincare is trial and error, nothing happens overnight.

Oil based cleansers are good too but skincare is a journey so keep with the micellar water if it works for you. You can always get a sample size of an oil cleanser to try.

Hi James! I recently got into skin care because I want to clear my skin before my wedding next year. And now I'm obsessed! I'm a huge fan and I have to thank you for all of the progress of my skin ("because perfection doesn't exist"). I'm wondering what step I can add in the morning to help the appearance of my skin throughout the day? I have oily, acne-prone skin. My skin usually looks great when I wake up. I then wash my face with just water, apply the iunik centella calming gel moisturizer, and the Neutrogena break out free sunscreen if I'm going outside. By the end of the day, my acne and dark spots are pretty obvious and my skin just looks tired compared to when I wake up. My night time routine is more involved and built around the inkey list and their actives but I'm scared of becoming a part of the "over-exfoliation nation" if I start extending my morning routine. Thanks!
