Thanks for the overview. Good info you shared. At some point in the future I may be getting one if I can outweigh the cost of renting one from Home Depot. But honestly what’s kept me from a purchase apart from budget is the fact I probably would really ‘need it’ only 1-2 times a year. For things my large commercial zero turn can’t do, and/or to help me get things done in 1/4 or less time than doing it by hand, like moving tree limbs to piles, etc. although it would come in very handy and efficient for brush hogging, clearing, post hole digging, moving heavy rock around, keeping up the gravel drive, and help with seasonal drainage issues, so still a possibility on my future investments list in the future God willing!
We got our 2520 in June with just the bucket... I think it's only 24.6 hp... we have a Baumalight 1P24 stump grinder that it runs nicely and it is also a good rear ballast weight... we also got a BeXpanded tooth bar which beefs up the bucket edge and really improved the digging abilities... it's a very handy tool for lots of things...
You are definitely like a kid in a candy store as long as tractors are the candy. I think making a talking point list to reference while recording would help you be more accurate. Keep having fun.
