A fully grown male siberian tiger would kill a grizzly i got no doubts about that. They are the ultimate bear killer, and they don't care if it's bigger, it's just more food for them. They kill and eat adult male brown bears already and the grizzly is a brown bear specie. The tiger is just built to kill bigger prey, and bears are on the tigers prey list. If you think a tiger would wrestle a bear you are totaly wrong, it would play out in another way, it would problably use the bears size in the advantage of the tiger, it would use a much greater technique to fight and kill the grizzly.
There’s like never been a documented case of a tiger bringing down a mature male brown bear. Like zero. Try again. They hunt juveniles or an occasional adult female ussualy during hibernation where they are vulnerable. Bears absolutely dominated all felines in pitted fights in history, not to mention Alaskans brown bears are considerably larger than the ussuri bear that tigers deal with.
