  • Built by the David Bradley Manufacturing Works of North Kankakee, Illinois between 1954 and 1957, this odd three wheeled light tractor was designed at the behest of Sears Roebuck in order to compete with International Harvester's "Cub" line of light tractors. Also known as the Model 917, power is provided from a single cylinder Wisconsin 6hp air cooled engine and while there was a wide range of implements offered for this machine, it was not entirely successful being far less stable than it's four wheel counterparts. Subsequently, only roughly 1500 where manufactured in it's three year run. These tractors have enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in past years due to their unique look and collectability among restoration enthusiasts. Pioneer Acres Museum, Irricana, Alberta.
