Pastor Steve, I love your videos. I see the Lord at work through you. I was a guest on a Christian stream where we discussed some key focuses like speaking in tongues, being spirit-filled, and other gifts of the Spirit. Now I have said it before that I am not into any denominations but as of late a person had sent me a Fire Bible. I found it to be fantastic even though I use a Spirit-Filled Life Bible (3rd Edition). The Fire Bible in the KJV is just packed with information and obvious years of study notes. The late Rev. Stamps was truly blessed by our Lord to be able to accomplish this project. The person who sent it to me said in the email that I should do Bible study videos instead of software. This Fire Bible is in Duo-Tone leather or leather-like. I was really taken aback by this wonderful gift. Seems to me that our Lord is trying to tell me something. Some of my closest friends are Pentecostals. At any rate, I thought that you might want to know what God is doing on my side of the world. God bless you and yours.

KJV Fire Bible Large print $40 Christian book, Text Size 12 point, Note Size 10
compared to normal size: text 9, notes 8
This is a huge different and makes study so much easier I think.

Based on you review, I've decided that the Fire Bible (either KJV or MEV) is the Pentecostal Bible I'm going to get to go along with my Thompson Chain Reference KJV and my ESV Study Bibles. If only I had seen your video on Pentecostal Publishing's Thompson Chain first, I would have purchased that one.
Thanks for taking the time to share your comments on so many different bible. Blessing to you and yours.

Hi brother please forgive me I've been a bit divisive toward you in the past. You might not even remember I just know I was regarding translation stuff. That was rude of me to do so on your channel and as Christian brethren and lovers of Jesus word we shouldn't be that way.
Thanks for sharing your opinion on this bible it will help me with my next review for this one. ..Its a pretty sound study bible with a lot more commentary than the Spirit Filled life bible. I love the layout of the SFLB and Word Wealth but its unflashy step cousin has more info and direct unashamed Pentecostal teachings. Both are great additions for your library.
Many blessings to you and your camera man😉

The Fire Bible is my favorite study Bible. I have several in different covers and versions. My favorite is a polyurethane, verse by verse KJV. But they have a lot of options. While I still use and enjoy my Dake's, I really much prefer the FB. Its classical Pentecostal not really Charismatic. Its conservative but not narrow. Its holiness but not legalistic, understandable yet scholarly. French Arrington, a leading Church of God theologian (my denomination) as well as famous A/G scholar Stanley Horton, were on the editorial committee. I hope to buy a 4th one (MEV) later this summer. I really can't recommend it strongly enough.

@@NewLifeOfAlbanyGa I was studying from one of my Fire Bibles today and notice it really deals very little with the Trinity (especially as compared to Dake). Perhaps Bro. Stamps was hoping it would be a benefit to Oneness Pentecostals by not majoring on our diffences.

What exactly is a "spirit filled" perspective? Is it like a prespective that focuses on miracles or the pursuit of signs and wonders?

      @A Biblical View
"I prefer the NASB MacArthur study bible"
this is your statement from some time ago...sorry about this post being so late...
I just wanted to say.. that I would enjoy it more as well but MacArthur does a lot (perhaps all ?) of his bibles in paragraph format... I cannot do paragraph format... I like to be able to find verses in a hurry especially in church... I dislike sifting thru a verse to find the few words I really wish to read or to use...
when the time comes and MacArthur releases a verse by verse edition... I'll start using it more..

@Jeff Carlson My McArthur study Bible is primarily for study, so I have ample time. For church, teach and preaching I will lean more toward my Preacher's Bible which is NASB verse by verse

I will have to check mine out... I bought this about a year ago... but I think I looked at it when I first got it... If I remember correctly it is in single column format which I do not care for either... so I assume you are correct.. it is probably verse by verse... but since it is in single column format I probably won't look at it very much... a shame too... I think I spent about 150.00 bucks on it... being Genuine Leather and all..

@@ABiblicalView I just checked ... I think the one I have is the second edition premier collection study bible... in Goatskin... which is double column and in paragraph form... I will have to look some more for this preachers bible...
No wait.... here it is... I just found my copy of the Preachers bible.. buried way in the back on my bottom shelf... behind some other bibles... Yes.. it is in single column verse by verse format... I must have purchased this directly from the publisher... cuz it is not showing up in my Amazon or E-bay purchase histories..
