  • Can you spot the difference between the footage from Flight Simulator 2020 and the real-world recording?
This is the ILS approach to runway 03R in Athens (LGAV, Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos), following an arrival from the north.
No add-ons were used for the scenery, this is default scenery in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
The airplane model is the FlyByWire Airbus320 Neo, with a Aegean Neo Livery from flightsim.to/file/4411/8k-aeg...
    Phases of flight:
0:00 - turn to intercept ILS localiser 03R
    1:37 - Flaps 1
    1:25 - Flaps 2 + gear down
    2:55 - Flaps 3 + Flaps full
    4:32 - Over the threshold
    4:40 - touchdown

I'm absolutely in awe of what Asobo created there.

Which is which? I guess there was less turbulence on the simulator ;-)?

the smudges on the window might make you think the right one is the real-life one, but also smudges are added in the simulator :)

I prefer the one on the left. Can't bear stutters in a flight sim.
