They are expensive in other parts of the world im guessing bc is really hard to grow them since they need so much water and heat and is hard to transport since they can get bad so easily. Im from Chile and even tho we grow them here is still expensive bc most of it we sell them outside the country.

I’ve never used the claw technique and it’s fine. If you’re chopping like a madman at a Michelin star restaurant cuz you got 12 orders in front of you then yes. But at a moderate pace, unless you have the blade literally over your fingers before you chop, you’re gonna be able to keep them.

It doesn't "taste" different. You just like the texture more. It can only taste different if you add different seasonings to it. I usually smash the avocado and add lemon or lime juice, chipotle and lemon rhind grind, salt and pepper. Life changing.

These avocados are Florida avocados and are green when ripe and fairly hard because they don’t contain heart as much fat as Hass avocados. They’re watery and mostly tasteless, whatever taste there is isn’t even that good. Keep up, Sami.

Depends on the avocado. Hass avocados have that pebbly skin that doesn't peel. But this variety has thin skin. If you try to slice it and scoop it out, the knife goes right through the skin and becomes a messy task

It is ripe cause it was peeled off quite easily as shown on her video. There are over 500 varieties of avocado, so this type of green avocado does not necessarily mean that it is not ripe.
