Sending prayers your way for good news, I started getting mammograms in my early 30’s because I’m heavy chested and everything feels like lumps. I’ve had to have ultrasounds also because they say my breast are dense so I’ve been getting mammograms every year since and I’m now 54, so yes. You definitely need to push for it and I was also told being African American, we should start having mammograms earlier in age also. 👍🏿🙏🏿

I am waiting on my VA disability. MST and cancer due to radiation exposure. Had my appeal hearing June 27th, 2024. With the back pay, I am going mobile like you. I am a widow so I will be solo. I have to find happiness and healing from trauma...I am so happy I found your channel❤

Good girl for getting checked. I've had a golf ball sized cyst and it was very painful, but eventually went away. You can never be to careful.

Brittany I have been getting mammograms since I was like 30 because breast cancer and cancer in general is pretty heavy on both sides of my family. I have had to have retest several times while on active duty because my breast are so dense. You know if they can't get you and appointment within 30days they are supposed to refer you out to a local hospital. I had to have a major surgery back in 2017 and they couldn't get me and appointment and they told me to pick any hospital I wanted. Hope everything works out for you and it's good to have you back. By the way your food looked aaaammmmaaaazzzing😂😂😂😂

Thank you for your service. Im an AIR FORCE BRAT. My dad was vietnam vet and air force vet. I loved all the bases where we were at. Especially Bitburg Germany... Twice we were there so thats pretty much my entire childhood. My brother retired Air Force he stills works for them thouh and his wife is an Army Vet. Three deployments. They a re statiined again in Alaska. For space center or something. My great-niece will be leaving for the Army soon. Her grampa my brother is so proud of one of his eleven grankids are goih in. We were bred born and raised in the military

Brittany, I have the same problem, I have the cyst in my breast and I just recently stumbled across some videos on CZcams about low iodine and that problem, do some research check it out on CZcams. Memphis VA Hospital parking lots situation sucks as well. I'm a U.S. Army veteran and I use the VA hospital seldom only for my annual exam and miscellaneous test. I had to take an angry management class last year per referral by my primary care doctor. The class was very helpful for me. Take care of yourself and I pray that all goes well with your test result.

Heeey sis, the Philly VA is pretty good, but the parking is atrocious because they don't check ID'S nor do we have the stickers. They allow everyone to park for free in the lot. There are several hospitals, restaurants, and there are about 2 huge universities so yeah everyone parks thier. Its been times I gave up looking for a spot and went home and called the clinic to tell them I couldn't find a spot. I think everyone comes way early for the appoint just so they get a spot. We definitely gotta stay up on our Healthcare, I got that squish and squeeze done lastmonth.😂😂😂

Ugh. Mammograms are essential but why the SQIUSH - especially when you have cysts or dense boobs?! My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer at 25 so you're never "too young" if you feel something or just want to take precautions based on family history. As many others have said, your health is your wealth! Take care of yourself.

I just loss the love of my life for over 30 years to kidney failure he was 50 and im 52 he was blessed to get a kidney and had it for over 15 years then it failed him due to his food intake, smoking, and he ate and did whatever he wanted to not listen to his twin sister or me he ended up getting septic and covid had have a heart cath they hit a blood clot in his heart it went to his brain and he went into a coma over Christmas holiday I spoke with him on Christmas day never heard his voice again you are so right you must take care of yourself I try I stop eating meat I have cheated but I get back on track I walk more an now I need to keep moving my legs don't swell like they use to I changed my diet I don't drunk pop or sugar stuff I drink matcha tea I take my vitamins, sea moss what else can I do to keep my A1C level down I changed my bread to vegan bread, I'm watching my carbs and sugar I'm trying zero sugar stuff
I'm so sorry to hear that, we most definitely have to take care of ourselves. I'm always trying to eat better, and trying to keep my body moving. Seems like you're doing right for yourself, maybe talk to a nutritionist, they'll be able to assist. 🫶🏾
