Amaaaaaaazing calming CNS meditation. I don’t know how you do it Linda but you are the only person that your meditations actually calm me down except for when I am in the ocean but my chronic pain has been stopping me from being able to go snorkeling. Thank you so much for another wonderful meditation. I am deciding which one is cooler. My favourite or this one. Sending you lots of positive vibes
