- Hi everyone, thank you for 20:31 of your time. In this video I restore the 1TB XBOX One S and some additional cool stuff. This XBOX was covered with color of toner, it was pretty hard to clean it but not impossible :) Games in this video are Crash Team Racing and Disney Infinity 3.0

Once you have open the Box, you can swap the hdd to an ssd. I think its worth.Very good Video, thanks a lot! :)

Just saying- lifting the Xbox won't do anything for thermals, as it has no ventilation down there, so it being flush against the ground is not blocking off any intake. For a series x (vertical) or a PC, this would make a difference, however with the xbox, it will not. great job though!

beautiful restoration I really liked the one you made of an xbox 360 E only that the color is greenish that I did not achieve it, you only need to do a restoration of the xbox 360 S so that there is already covered the majority of models restored to your style

Good video but I am wondering why did you not upgrade the hard drive to SSD
I think a 1TB Solid State Drive runs the Xbox One S faster as that option. If there is a program to copy the internal Xbox One hard drive to a 1TB Solid State Drive replacement is something must do as a possibility without all the fuss.

I did the same thing a year ago I bought the cheapest xbox one s on EBay and did a full restoration on it. The reason it was cheap was because it was really dirty and overheating the guy that sold me the Xbox was a heavy smoker that Xbox became yellowed overtime because of his habit of smoking 🚬 all day.
Smoking around electronics, isn't really good idea :D except that the smoke is sticking to the stuff, the smoke also creates sticky layer which attract more dust. I can guess how your xbox looks before, I have friends that are heavy smokers, they turning stuff from white to golden :D

Bro estaba limpia a comparación de las que me traen, y nunca vi en si le pusieras algo para el enfriamiento, los tacones también por lógica lleva todo depende del lugar origen yo a parte le pongo un ventilador extra en la parte del ventilador original lo mantengo al 80 por ciento y el original no le toco nada, pero en fin es algo que considero es tan normal de hacer, creí que pondrías algún metido como enfriamiento por agua o algún líquido único video que veo de ti que bro es tan normal hoy en día.

I really want to change the thermal paste on my xbox one s but i dont want to for 2 reasons first is i dont want to void the warranty because i may eventually trade it in for a series x and they wont take it if the warranty seal is broke also reason 2 im afraid ill break the xbox because the x clamp looks very hard to take off i have replaced ps4 thermal paste before and it was successful but this looks too hard🤣
Opening the XBOX will definitely Void the Warranty and the claps are easier to remove compared to the bottom plastic panel, but however, the claps are tight very well and sometimes can be hard to remove

Yes but the process isn't simple as it's looking, I've have tried that but it's risky, not really for beginners :D there is a chance that many will brick the software
Will an Ssd instead of hdd work?
SSD will work, but won't be increasing speed like to PC or laptop, to XBOX some games will load few seconds faster, but not all games

19:18 you rather mean "discontinued" or rather shut down permanently, Disney Infinity was discontinued almost exactly five years ago, I guess, similar to Skylanders it wasn't really successful, only Nintendo's amiibos are still available.
Don't forget that the Xbox One S is also capable of playing Ultra HD Blu-Ray Discs, dedicated players still cost at least 120€ (Germany) and streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+ are rather running poorly or not supported (because Disney+ is too new and the manufacturers provide only minor updates), the Xbox got enough computing power that I guess these will still run decent in 5 years and for playback of DLNA/UPnP or Media from a USB Drive (you got USB 3.0 Ports, all dedicated players just 2.0 and except
