    Yep, losing weight is easy for me but maintaining is the hard part. The one time i succeeded i was out walking and riding my bike A LOT.

    Ok can u do a video without working out.I'm 6yrs into my journey maintaining over 50lbs doing keto I am active with my job.If I start gaining I tweak my macros and get it off but I'm not committed to working out gym wise.

      We'll, technically with a home gym you don't have to 'go' to the gym, but if you're talking about workouts in general, I always see it as being an important part of maintenance. Why? Because you don't want to be in a defecit for the rest of your life, and to continue to tweak your macros (I'm assuming down?) Your metabolism will ramp down a lot. Muscle is the antidote to a broken metabolism, but it all takes time. Workouts also prevent sarcopenia, which so many people unfortunately suffer from.

      @@FatForWeightLoss oh no I don't count calories I keeps my carbs low and fat high protein moderate and the higher my fat macro and carbs almost zero ill lose weight.Also I have to keep my electrolytes in check.I do make sure to have higher calorie days or I will stall.I'm in Maintaince been on my journey 6yrs.With my job I get plenty of exercise.I'm not knocking working out but I feel the way I eat helps me the most 80% nutrition 20% exercise. And I'm 55

      They are definitely worth the space saving! a full rack of dumbbells can take up a lot of space.

    Something I've notice about Keto CZcamsrs, around the eyes they have a tired look is it a thing? Below your eyes looks very puffy and De lauer eyes looks dark underneath.
