Dip is popular with soldiers because in the field, you can smell the cigarette smoke from a very far distance. It stands out A LOT in the forest. I keep switching between tobacco pouch snus and all white pouches, the all white stuff gets too sweet after a while and is more expensive, but tobacco snus just feels nasty sometimes.
