I was at the boat show on Friday. Bummed that I missed you. That 64 is a beautiful boat. I really liked the Privilege Series 5. And yes it was very warm!

Been a viewer for a long time, love seeing the boat tours and the more technical stuff. You should do an educational video on anchoring, I think that’s often most stressful for newer boaters like myself! Maybe start a series like maintenance Monday and call it Sunday school?

I like the VOLVO PENTA engines we used them on Lake Kariba ,Zimbabwe and that was 40 years ago,very good engines.

The Hylas 60 and Jeanneau 64 are both stunning. Seems like there has been a revolution in the design on mono hulls over the last 3 years or so. Much more creative with the interior space. While these two particular boats would absolutely work as serious blue water yachts. In my most humble opinion in that 60-68 foot range there is only one boat that is dedicated solely to long distance blue water cruising. The would of course be the epic Amel 60........mic drop

Bobby, looking at these large boats. How do you think they will hold up in time. What we learned from you was choose a boat you can do repairs yourself. JIm
When you can afford a 5 million boat, you can afford a mechanic to do repairs.
I was thinking along the lines of... if you can afford a $5M boat, you can afford to trade it in every couple years before major repairs are needed. Let the schmucks buying used boats deal with it 5 to 10 years from now.

I surely wish you would do an extended version of the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. I have a Buddy in the marine trades there and it would be so cool if he wandered past your camera.
