As a Pacers fan it would be a risk to take on Paul George and it has nothing to do with how he left in 2017. That would require a significant amount of cap space and he's only getting older, sure he would be fine next season but what about in 2-3 seasons when you have a declining vet locked up at a max or near max deal making it hard to make the roster moves necessary to get to the next level.
