Our girl: correct is Irina with emphasis on the second "i". All "i" are pronounced like in Siri. No "Ai" sound. As for the family name, it is not pronounced like Crush. U is pronounced as in Moon. Kroosh. But she is absolutely right, who cares how to pronounce her name. All sounds great.
