I built this to dig trenches for a world eater. It worked great for one trench but then when I rebuilt it to polish off another trench, it kept dropping the minecarts whenever it re-launched for the next cycle. I gave up on it at the time (because the trenches were done) but I'd like to experiment some more with orientation. I've read that detector rails update differently in different orientations which I suspect is what caused the minecarts to fly off for one trench but not the other.
Can confirm this machine is direction specific. I'm on a paper/spigot server so I'm assuming it's something unique to that? I built 4 identical machines and the only way it did not drop minecarts on the 2nd forward pass is if it was built facing east. Facing west, north, and south all dropped minecarts eventually. yes I just tried this and it doesnt drop the tnt but it does fly
if its a paper /third party platform then tnt duping is automatically disabled. you can enable it .
@@SaltySalman Thank you sooo much!!!
I have been having trouble trying to get it to continuously go back and forth. The returning works, but when it gets back to the first return station, it doesn't activate the trapdoor, thereby not going back. I have to spam the lever to get it to go back please help!
never mind im small brain sorry
my return station doesnt acrtiavate when the flying machine gets there. It dupes perfectly and once it returns to originaly platform it works, but when it gets to my return station it just stays, everything is aligned properly, idk what i did wrong.
You on 1.20.4?
when im doing it the cobblestone wall stoped infront of obsidian and it stops and dont goes back
you don't explain where to place the return station accurately enough + it just doesn't work
Can I use honey blocks instead of slime ?
I’m not sure actually, I’ve never tried
I can’t imagine that it wouldn’t work though!
the coral fan is always breaking when i activate the machine and i play in 1.20.1
yooo thanks so much
And if it's on The End Island, does it still work?
is ther a way to get a world download or schematic ?
Does not work you can place the observers on top of each other like that or place the iron trap door like that
Can’t ^
can you tell me the name of the shaders?
still works on 1.21.1 boys
Thanks!
i am having trouble with the tnt duper part, the flying machine works great but it is not dropping the tnt any solutions?
i got it working
SUPER USEFULL TYSM
Does this work on bedrock or is it Java?
Java if your still wondering a year later 😂
I built all the machines one block off... oof... Great tutorial though! it really helped with some large scale landscaping that I'm doing
how do you turn it on
Flip the lever
does this work on servers?
It should! Sometimes there are issues with paper servers though I think
So it got to the 2nd return station but it stopped how do i get it to come back
I'm currently in the proccess of trying to do this, but I think I had a stroke cause for the life of me I cannot figure out how to build this in the direction I want
what if my tnt goes back and breaks the dead coral what can i do
Ooooo goodie i can use something to crash the server im most hated on thank you :D
return station badly explained. which block should line up with the obsidian? mine just blew up when returning
