Nireeka has terrible customer service. My Nireeka Mega had multiple problems they are not responding to my concerns. Option 1 to 5 doesn't make any difference. The ABS break broke twice both rotors, and they still did not replace it. Mr. Shojaie, the boss, promised a new display since 2022, and he never delivered it, and his comments on their website were never updated. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. By the way, it was delivered after 7 months of payment $6600.00 what a west of money.

That sucks. I was almost sold. That seems to be a pattern with e-bikes. So many flyby companies in this market. Finding a reputable well known brand name you know will be around for years is still uncertain. That being said, the concept of what this bike should be itself is very appealing.
