_ A cup of liquid milk or (4 tablespoons of powdered milk per cup of water)
_ Cup water
_ Two tablespoons of butter and a little oil
_ 4 tablespoons white flour
_And spices (a sprinkle of black pepper, a sprinkle of oregano, and salt)
