Since no date in here is given this could be Sparta at it’s peak of power and Rome at it lows. I’m not saying that this battle is in any way realistic, but I’m not denying that the Spartans could have won.

​@user-zq7oc6re9b Praetorian guards just consisted of rich aristocratics sons that were poorly skilled, good paid and very corrupt. They betrayed the emperor when the emperors enemy's paid them good. They also killed around 13 emperors.

Mods and mod loaders too, I have a low end rig 6gig GPU,core i5 I use Saveparser app to increase the amount of units to any number I prefer the large scale battles are amazing the AI performs better with more units

prolly not. They were pretty fragile. The battle at Thebes was all it took to show that they were about to collapse. Imo peak sparta was during Leonidas Era, and even then they'd prolly still lose cuz Roman tactics during the late republic were more suited to anti greek warfare.
Not to mention in this battle, every soldier is a preatorian cohort, which is bs

If we were gonna compare both at their peaks the Spartans can't compete in battle also in logistics The Sarissa/Macedonian Phalanx were better than their Greek counter parts the same formation that would lead Macedon to conquering the Greek Client States although Sparta was never conquered by Macedon but it was soundly defeated the only reason why Sparta was never conquered was simply because it be a waste of time, man power, and resources this was when Alexander was more keen in conquering Persia. Later on down the line the Sarissa was countered by the Roman maniple in short Spartan tactics are inferior to Roman tactics.
