KeepItInTune you made me laugh at your description of weird ass thoughts haha! It's so true though! Hang in there! The first year was so slow and hard. This past second year goes much faster and you'll find yourself able to interact even more with your baby once their personality starts to come through even stronger. 👍

Claudia Camacho hello Brasil! I have a good mommy friend I Skype with in Brasil. She has been my support. I wish more research could be done on IT's and women's menstrual cycles. Thank you so much for your comment. 💕

Thanks for this video ! I have the same issues with my 2 year old I never treated the symptoms when she was months and I guess it got worse and then I crashed 😩 is it possible to have it this long? And what thoughts do you have ?

TiffanySoPretty Taylor thanks for your comment! I've actually noticed that I've had intrusive thoughts ever since my history with child abuse started. Once I had my baby, they just transferred to thoughts about her. I'm not sure they will entirely go away but my managing skills keep getting stronger. Kind of like managing negative thoughts when they arise. I hear them out and recognize they're there, but they have less and less effect on me. Hope this helps.

Were you on medication before you had your daughter or while you were pregnant?

    • @RebbecaWertz

BAT T hi and thank you for your questions. I was not on any medications before or while I was pregnant with my daughter. Meds were only taken postpartum and the antidepressant was started after 6 months ppd. I am currently weaning myself off of the antidepressant and trying natural supplements, though I’m still in the trial and error period.
