Spencer will have to give up her place to Russell. She has had several opportunities to prove herself on the big day and has failed every time and i cannot see Rio being and different for her if she is given the spot.
Not too sure about the composition of the fantastic four, Day looks awesome , and Mc Phearson looks in better shape than the world championships. They should do even better at in Rio than Bejing. I think they will match the USA again despite Felix who is not 100% she has a foot problem which was evident in the 200m race that she failed to qualify for.
Tracey looks lean and mean a well oiled machine , fit and ready for Rio if she can shave off some more off this time she can contend for the podium for sure.

I would of love for her to stick with the 400mh, But I understand her decision. My coaches wanted me to be a distance runner, but I wanted to be a sprinter turns out I made the right choice. She felt like she could of bettered her 12.75 at age 23 and possibly be a world and or olympic champion

Melaine Walker quit 400mh to run the 100mh. I wouldn't say she's a disappointment she has the 2nd fastest time ever, an Olympic and WC gold.
