The things that turn yellow while holding the garbage bag are small sellable items. You get some of the money if you put them in the garbage bag, but you get more money for them if you sell them with the flipper tool.
There’s actually a perk point that will make it so that it gives you more money when you put the items in the garbage, but you haven’t unlocked that yet.
Also, when it comes to perk points, you don’t have to unlock them all in order. They only have to be unlocked in a certain order if there’s an arrow before it.

Your one missing stain was behind the tv. You could see just a sliver of it glowing when you walked into the living room before the fast forward.
I’ve had several jobs where I had to leave with just 1 stain or 1 piece of garbage undone.
This was so satisfying 😅

In the first game when you were covering the Luxury dlc; there was an episode with a jungle wallpaper that reminded me a lot of the living room when i was playing this.

Apologies if this becomes obvious later in your video, but if you're using the trash bag or the cleaning brush tools, you can press the "Q" button and it will highlight in glowing yellow anything that was missed in the same room for you to clean up too for full credit! :)

Is it me or is the graphics on house flipper 2 bad compared to the first house flipper 🤔🤷🏻♂️
I like the graphics better now, but I do miss all the DLC that the first one has.
The items that highlight as yellow can be sold for profit. The items that highlight as gray are garbage. It pained me watching you trash so much stuff without getting the profits.
