For anyone wondering, just tried these with Quattro protein isolate (chocolate) and they turned out very good. Followed the exact recipe for 12 cookies.
Great to hear! Thanks for sharing Thierry.
@@WellPlated What brand of protein powder do u use?
Really good with chocolate protein powder. Used Stevia and coconut flakes. Pressed almond slivers for presentation. 425F for 7 min.
I really want to try this! loved your video and how much energy you put into it!! Hope your channel keeps on growing!
Thank you so so much!
Just followed this recipe and it was FANTASTIC! I used Jif peanut butter with no added sugar and if you love a little salty sweet I highly recommend. Thank you for this recipe!
I will try this recipe it looks yummy.
These turned out very well. I used chocolate protein powder which worked great! Thanks for a simple yummy recipe!
Awesome! Thanks so very much!!
You bet!

So happy to hear it, thank you!!
These taste so good and so filling even tho i made them with a chocolate protein powder that taste bad
I Also added almond flour instead of coconut one
Thanks for sharing!
Question? Do you have to use coconut flour and sugar for the cookies or can you use regular flour and either sugar or brown sugar as an ingredient?
You do need to use coconut flour (it doesn't behave like any other flour) but brown sugar will work instead of coconut sugar!
@@WellPlated Looking forward to trying this out! Would it would work with natural peanut butter, or are the emulsifiers in no-stir pb needed to make the cookies soft.
The link in the description is to a soup recipe, have you still got the link to the cookie recipe?
www.wellplated.com/peanut-butter-protein-cookies/. Sorry for any confusion!
Can this be made with PB 2?
Is it possible to make them without the protein powder? :) I don’t have it unfortunately:/ and is there any substitute for the coconut flour , like oat flour or regular flour? Thank you :)
No, these do need protein powder, but you can make these: www.wellplated.com/protein-cookies/
Erin Clarke thank you so much! These looks gorgeous as well!!! 😍
Can you give the measurement in gram ?
How many calories are these each
I tried your cookie recipe but they look nothing like yours. It's my first time making cookies and they taste pretty good. I just wished mine looked the same as yours. Do you know why might my cookies look rubbery on the outside? Btw great channel love the recipes!
Mine too
YES THEY DONT COME OUT LIKE THAT CUZ END PRODUCT SHE SHOW IS NOT SAME RECIPE, THEY CANT COME OUT LIKE THAT BECAUSE THEY ARE SHIT RECIPE,
THEY LOOK RUBBERY BECAUSE RECIPE IS SHIT
Could you please provide all of the nutrients in your recipes?
Would Casein Protein powder be better suited for this over Whey?
Yes
Tried following the directions exactly as told, but somehow the final product turned out to become somewhat similar to dinner rolls. Bread like. And I cannot figure out what went wrong.
I might have let the dough rest for a while before getting them ready for the oven, was that the reason ?
I'm curious to know if this would work with natural peanut butter, or if the emulsifiers in no-stir pb is needed to make the cookies soft.
SAME HERE, THIS RECIPE IS FAKE, END PRODUCT OF HER IS ANOTHER RECIPE, MORE LIKE ORIGINAL COKIES, SHE IS RETARDED AMERICAN
If I want to make the cookies less chewy .. I want to make them a bit dry that they would be like the merba chocolate chip cookies. What should I do ?
I'd honestly suggest looking for a different recipe. These are meant to be thick and chewy, not thin and crispy.
Looks good..is it 112 calories for each cookie or 112 calories for the whole batter?
Per cookie!
I tried this out but I feel like they came out too floury than a regular cookie. Should I use less coconut flour?
Kevin, I'm sorry that happened! Some brands of coconut flour are dryer than others. I'd cut out a few teaspoons and see if that helps!
Can you use stevia instead of coconut sugar? Just wondering.
Vincent, I'm afraid I've never cooked with stevia, so I cannot say. I'd recommend coconut flour or. brown sugar, as this is how the recipe was tested.
Can u show eggless version of this
Amounts???
The amount of the ingredients would be nice
Could I use oat flour instead of coconut
Not for this recipe. It does need to be coconut.
Hi! Can you use honey instead of sugar? And oat flour?
Sure honey is sugar in a differnt form
nice video.
Thanks!
Recipe
Tell me how much?! It doesn’t tell me like tbls or cups?
Details at the recipe link in the video caption!
For how longer can we store them?
A few days! If you follow the link to the recipe, that should be in the notes :)
How important is the sugar because I hate sugar
I wish you split it open to expose the inside of the cookie but oh well thanks for making them
They look warm and chocolatey and yummy!
@@WellPlated Mmm sounds delicious
No amounts on ingredients
Follow the link the comments for the full recipe. You'll be all set!
Dream?
For some reason my cookies turn green inside after cooking them once they cooled off. I used sunflower butter but everything else was to the recipe 🤷🏾♂️
Tavey, it is the sunflower butter that does that! It turns baked goods green. It should still taste delicious though!
She needs to add the measurements in I’m confused
Anna Kendrick ?
I did these but switched to brown sugar and almond flour, turned out real shitty. 😅
Peanut Butter 1 cup
1 Egg & 1 Eggwhite
Coconut Sugar 1 cup
Salt
mix
baking soda
vanilla protein powder 1 cup
coconut flour 1 cup
chocolate chips
use table spoon for the right size
bake 5-6 mins
pull out when they look a little under baked because they still bake after they came out of the oven
Ty
You should check the following link you've got some wrong mesures if your using 1 cup of coconut flour it won't be good (it's 8 times more than the original recipe) ;-) www.wellplated.com/peanut-butter-protein-cookies/
Thank you
I accidentally put baking soda
There’s no measurements? Are we supposed to guess the amounts? Not very scientific… also how hot should the oven be and how long do you bake them? Not a bad idea but to call it a recipe you’d have to add the missing essential information. At least add it in the description. Thank you for the idea though.
Really, You don’t even list or state a measurement on the peanut butter. Bye!
