    For anyone wondering, just tried these with Quattro protein isolate (chocolate) and they turned out very good. Followed the exact recipe for 12 cookies.

    Really good with chocolate protein powder. Used Stevia and coconut flakes. Pressed almond slivers for presentation. 425F for 7 min.

    Question? Do you have to use coconut flour and sugar for the cookies or can you use regular flour and either sugar or brown sugar as an ingredient?

    • @WellPlated
      @WellPlated  Před 5 lety +1

      You do need to use coconut flour (it doesn't behave like any other flour) but brown sugar will work instead of coconut sugar!

    Tried following the directions exactly as told, but somehow the final product turned out to become somewhat similar to dinner rolls. Bread like. And I cannot figure out what went wrong.
    I might have let the dough rest for a while before getting them ready for the oven, was that the reason ?

    There’s no measurements? Are we supposed to guess the amounts? Not very scientific… also how hot should the oven be and how long do you bake them? Not a bad idea but to call it a recipe you’d have to add the missing essential information. At least add it in the description. Thank you for the idea though.

  • @craigwright5265
