Even if I were to get "perfect" with my rotations, I feel that, ***FOR AN EXCLUSIVE 5-STAR FINAL CONSTELLATION*** Shogun's is not that great... It's a nice buff that can increase overall damage by reducing "off-time" but it's still quite limited in its usefulness as far as I can tell. I can't say I regret getting her to C6, but definitely wouldn't have been my first choice (wish Itto wasn't paired with Wanderer lol). If you play a lot of co-op though, it's pretty great. Venti was popping off haha.

It’s a decent constellation but we don’t have a character that can use it perfectly and benefits a lot from it.
The thing is her c2 is absolutely insane and it’s the c6 of a lot of other 5 stars when it comes to damage (outshines everything else in the constellation department)
I got mine this patch and went from 300k to 620k initial slash alone
C6 is just not necessary now maybe in the future

@@rozee8516 I wouldn't call it decent tbh, game is intended to work in a certain matter regarding rotation and cooldown and the only one that seems to break this is yae for some strange reason, and even then you would require c1 yae at least.
Trashy constelation tbh, no complaints tho, im happy her power spike is at c2 but her c6 is utter garbage (for its cost $$$)
I feel, c2 is all you need, it’s the stopping point in her constellation. Maybe c3 if you want to increase the ult’s damage but c4,5,6 aren’t nearly as good as c2,3
But this doesn’t work if you are simp. In that case you go and spent all your money for c6
C6 does allow Speedrun teams tho.
Eula Raiden C6 has generally been known forever as the ultimate Speedrun team in the game

C0 is already enough. The game is so easy a baby could beat it.
If we're just talking about maximizing Raidens damage, what about c5?
I feel like maybe sometimes you would get more interesting results if you mixed up your teams a little. You have such an amazing range of characters but tend to do tests using the same small sample pool. I would have been interested to see some before and afters with other characters, like Yae who has a long cool down.
The issue with genshin streamers & fans is that they only want to see big pp numbers so using this one team is the most reliable way to get them, unfortunately
he cant even play those characters he uses, so whats the point in switching xD btw stop making stupid people famous
Yae burst in her teams tends to work better every other rotation in my opinion, for smoothness and field time she needs. It's also the highest cost burst in the game so you'd need fischl or Raiden to battery at that point everything will be dead too fast to burst every rotation anyways
See Moga the issue here is that you forced yourself into three characters who would probably not benefit much from the cooldown reduction anyways.
Characters that would have benefited from the CD reduction a lot more are Sara, Yae, and Sucrose. So in a situation where you play Mono-Electro with Sucrose, the cooldown reduction is VERY important in such a team because everyone has very long cooldowns and Raiden especially is locked to doing her Burst only after Sara's burst for maximum efficiency (Resolve and ATK boost + Sara's damage), coupled with Yae having the longest burst Cooldown in the game, and Sucrose having to Burst second to last before Sara to get the Electro infusion IF you have C6 Sucrose.
What I'm saying is, it's probably worth a shot giving this another try with a more flexible mindset.
I don't get this. Why is Sara and Sucrose better than Xingqiu and Xiangling? They all have the same 20 sec CD. All burst with 80 energy cost has 20 sec CD. Miko, who needs 90 energy for her burst understandably needs longer CD.
The only problem I can see is if the rest of the party has insufficient energy, which is whole another problem if your team; with Raiden in it, have energy issues.

@@Rachitdubey In mono Electro, Sara pops her burst before Raiden, right? So is Xiangling in National. Both use their burst before Raiden, and both need 20 sec to cooldown. So, why is Sara better than Xiangling? Does Raiden's C6 has something else that benefits Electro more than others that I'm missing?

anyways the only i see winning is yae from all of this but even then i'm pretty sure you'll need at least her c1. even after all of this i do wonder if its worth it sincee her E takes so long
After the "No end game" controversy my desire to get a constellation on a limited 5 star character has gone down drastically.

i like big damage numbers and really like Raiden so i got her c2 and her weapon now I'm pulling whoever looks fun to play her and my hutao make abyss a joke and overworld i don't even use raidens ult since things die to quickly but i see no reason to spend for cons anymore
Pretty much the same for me albeit I still went for Raiden C2 since I’ve had her C1 since her first banner. But I did it only spending on Welkin moon. Now that I have some team options I’ll be going for fun or unique characters now.
You can pass 12-2 fast enough without geo if you have Nilou actually. Nilou's hydro ring shreds those little wolfs
Man, I could go through the current abyss with Nilou on second half if it weren’t for the ridiculous load time on PS4 eating up 30 seconds each floor.

@@NintendoViola never tried it myself as i usually do abyss on other platforms, but i've heard people suggest opening the map or wishing screen as soon as you start the chamber and waiting 30 seconds. apparently that will give the game the time it needs to load the monsters and you won't lose any time on your clock. best of luck! :)
@Byron There are no shortcut buttons for those in the PS4. We really got no choice but to 36-star with a 30 second handicap. 🤣
you should try 4 c6 raidens. the cooldown reset is independent of other raidens
Funfact: if you enter a domain you can still swap artifacts and weapons before you start the fight. Pretty neat feature actually.
I did this a few times when we needed a healer and I had a catalyst.

Actually you should have try her with Yae Miko, she has long CD. Generally in full rotation, her Q comes back but it still counts down. Something like Shogun, Miko, Sara and Nahida could work or Kazuha instead of Nahida.
Using yae burst more would be a DPS loss in that team
I don't see Raiden's C-6 actually getting any use in single player unless you manipulate her A-2 passive. The only way I can see that ever happening is if you R-5 her weapon or find some way to get her ER above 300% consistently during her burst. Plus you have to stick her in teams that really don't make ANY sense.
Emblem 4 piece and it's not hard to have decent crit and 270 plus ER
No need for refinements on Engulfing
Here's a little tip for Xinqu. You were doing burst-skil-skill but you can technically do skill-burst-skill. That might also help with Xinqu's burst cooldown because he'll spend less time on field once his burst is up. But yeah Yae is probably the best benefactor from this c-6

For the totems in doggo phase, you can use nilou's ring to charge them rly fast
I am not sure if hoyo will ever do this but there is a mechanic in Arknights called contingency contracts. The more negative traits you add in a run, the better the rewards if you clear it. For example, increasing CD for burst. Clearing it within time limit means extra star. 37 star clear means 50 more primo.
Genshin did have a combat event where you could apply debuffs (Hypostatic Symphony, one of the versions), so it's definitely something that they know works
The only team/unit i feel worth with c6 Shogun is actually C6 Yelan and C6 Nahida, with their burst dmg after using elemental burst
Eula also works on paper, but without funneling you can barely have her burst back up, even without c6 Shogun
Both National and Hyper carry Raiden revolves around Raiden’s CD, so if it does not affect her own CD, it’s quite disappointing
C6 does allow Speedrun teams tho.

Her energy problem won’t just magically disappear just because you throw Raiden in there

I have been using this team for a year now with C0 Raiden, I have to say in floor 12, Xiangling and Xingqiu often had 2-3s of CD left in the rotations.
Her C6 makes her synergy with Sara even better
Fun fact, nilous aura breaks the geo wolf things very fast. Its the fastest non geo method to break them actually.

I would recommend binding Alt to your mouse button if it's difficult or uncomfortable to position fingers this way on a keyboard, also using this would be very very beneficial for the abyss, as switching to a character and only then doing burst takes more time and can actually have a huge negative impact on doing everything faster!!

For the wolf totem, use Nilou’s skill that creates a ring around you. It destroys the totems pretty quickly.

It's pretty niche but u also can use her C6 while fighting some specific hydro enemies that increases your CD
If you press alt+(character no.) the ult is instantly used if available
0:08 as far as I know, even though this team would technically also be international, this name is usually for Childe international (Childe, Bennett, Xiangling and Kazuha), while Raiden National is called Rational. At least I always think of Childe when international is mentioned, I’d be curious to see if people have other opinions

I have her C6 and I've found that it allows for more flexibility in exiting her burst slightly early in the case she's low HP or you just need one of your higher HP characters to tank a heavy attack. In terms of actual full perfect rotation use, it's very limited but you can see some use with the 20+ second CD bursts as you saw. Why I don't mind having it even though it has limited current use is it does have the potential to unlock some future characters where they use a long CD on their burst to balance the character. Imagine a character that has a high utility/damage burst with a shorter duration to keep it in check. Not saying it's likely, but it is a possible future benefit of having Raiden's C6.

I know it's super late, but you can remap the right click on your mouse (or any extra buttons you may have) to Alt and the auto burst switch would be way easier to activate. This is if you don't use if for sprinting though, I use shift so there's no issue for me there. Changed my life for sure.

a meta team like national wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the cd reduction because the rotation was already designed to have all of your characters off cd by the time you’ve switched back to them.
I’m just glad to finally have the Electro Archon finally. I can’t hope to get her to C2 before the banner ends.

Well as I see C6 Raiden is for _Future Potential_ . I assume there will be characters who will benefit from this.
For Raiden hypercarry team it lowers Saras ult by 2 sec. Good for covering her ult.

I think if anybody can use it well it'll be raiden hypercarry. just back and forth between Sara and Raiden bursts while Kazuha spins his lil swirls in the background.
After they made yelans c6 that makes her the absolute best unit in the game, so many of the dps characters cons feel so arbitrary which is ridiculous for how much they cost even in the best of cases
Maybe Moga should try Eula comp since maybe the characters have more DPS
As far as I'm aware, alt-bursting is generally unfavorable from a dps standpoint, as you miss out on the buffs that the bursting character would normally get for being on field, such as Bennett burst.
For me the only Raiden C6 team that sounds fun playing rn is Raiden C6, Sara C6 and Yae Miko. Last one could be either Xingqiu or Zhongli (shieldbot for Electro Res reduction).
Sara and Miko have the long cooldowns but grant a lot of Resolve thanks to C1, Xingqiu could max it quickly if it doesn't and he's just strong anyway.
Rotation would be something like:
- Raiden E, Yae x3 E, Sara E, Yae Q, Yae x3 E
- Xingqiu Q
- Sara (CA self +) Q
- Raiden Q til end, Raiden E
- Repeat
Since Yae Qs first (longest CD) the rotation clock starts with her Q instead of Raiden. With Raiden C6 her Q CD would be 17s. These are my rough numbers but this is what happens after Yae Q:
First rotation set up time: Raiden E & Yae x3 E (2.5s) + Sara E (1s) + CA (1.5s) = 5s
- Use Yae Q. Animation itself (1.5s) leaves her with a 15.5s downtime where we try to use everything else.
- Xingqiu Q (1s)
- Sara Q (1s)
- Raiden Q (2s+7s) + Raiden E (0.5s) = (9.5s)
- Sara E + CA (for Yae) (2.5s)
- Yae Miko x3 E (2s). No off field turrets, instead burst focused gameplay.
Rotation = 16.0s, rough but very close to Yae's Q CD including animation
- Yae Q again and repeat
Fair chance Yae does not have enough energy by the time her Q is up so you should Sara E+CA --> Yae. Lose a bit of Sara DPS but that is fine. These numbers are my guesses, but you more or less have 1-2 seconds of Yae's Q being up or down.
you should do coop with bones again with shogun c6, faruzan, chongyun and venti
You can try it in the weapon ascension domain in Mondstadt, that one increases your CDs a lot and there you probably can see it better. tho they die quickly so maybe no gears could help? xd
XQ's Burst kinda snapshots but every wave of swords snapshots again when it is created.
maybe you can test how effectiv her C6 effect when your characters got hydro debuff from enemies or leyline disorder in domain, so far as i know there is one domain which has hydro debuff in mondstadt, the one with weapon ascencion material. hope that help you!
You can give xingqiu 2p emblem and 2p hydro thing if you want better artifacts for shogun
In my mind it's RaidenEula and RaidenHyper that benefit from C6 so if you ever try those teams, keep C6 in mind

I think C6 helps a bit with Sara and Miko’s cool down on mono electro teams
Why don't you test on Primo Geovishap? He has a higher hp pool than Masanori I believe.

Moga after only using the same 3 characters when the team he used was made to work with c0 raiden, and not using a team that would benefit with a cd reduction
I personally do not regret c6r5 min/max artifact Shogun. She is a fantastic dps and battery. I can be weird with my line up. My only gripe is the Chakra Dissiderata being present when I swap characters. (Id wish it go away, and have her off field Chakra status be on her Character team bar on the right.)

You need to play raiden hyper for her c6 to be actually useful.
there is the hydro debuff that some enemies have that exttend the cooldown of bursts by a large margin. I think i can see raiden being extremely useful against those enemies in abyss or in domains
It won't be. It'll still be very slow, and you're better off focusing on characters that aren't as bothered by the slowdown, period.

another reason to use Xingqiu over Yelan is how Yelan does not actually get Bennet's buff
Xingqiu doesn't benefit from Bennetts burst off field either, it doesn't snapshot
that’s good tho, if u use bennett to buff xiangling and xingqiu then it runs out when u use raiden. not to mention the fact she gives a big damage boost while doing more dmg and applying more hydro…

the one place you might find good effect with it is in the slowing water domain (weapon mats domain in mondstadt) or with the floor in abyss with the mirror maiden mage
(full disclosure i’m only at 5:21 so maybe this comes up)
also, part of why rational is so good is that they’re put together bc their timings do add up in a rotation. so that the c6 wasn’t really doing anything is sort of showing that it’s a well-developed team that takes their cooldowns into account well
in addition, i honestly think c6 is kind of a scam, because you really don’t create teams expecting c6. if someone did, maybe there are some cool synergies that might flow better. but for the most part once you get to raiden they’ve all used their skills so they’re using their cooldown anyway. yae would be the one i’d be most interested in seeing. it feels like they knew that it would be interesting enough for whales but not actually do that much lol

i think c6 shogun just makes the gameplay a bit more comfy. especially paired with yae miko, her c6 just makes this duo insanely nice to play in my opinion

What are your talents at? I definitely do not do as well with C3 Raiden and the same team. I have not farmed EOSF enough and I keep getting Shim instead of EOSF, which is annoying, and few "correct" main stats on those.
It could also be that I suck in twitch skills, which is normal.
Put at simply c3=C6 simple as that.. as an ftp i didn't thought to get any con on characters but she's different i fall hard for her lol saved since 3.0 used 370 pull for c2 and I'm happy.. next rerun will try to get her wep tho

the day you you'l look back at the amount of money you spent on the game (unless you're fp2 ofc) you're not playing anymore, or even worse, maybe it won't be available anymore because it's on a server they can take down anytime, you'll understand by yourself if that was a "worth it"
Honestly what stopped me from getting her c6 is that it seems hoyoverse forgot about it. It's been more than a year and I don't really see a team where it's necessary. That and the yelan and hutao weapon banner is gonna be good so I rather save for yelan and her weapon and hopefully a second homa so I don't have to keep trading it between my hutao and zhongli.
When I first saw Raiden's constellations, I thought that Hoyo made a mistake and switched her C2 and C6 and I was even more convinced when I saw Yae's C6 but after looking at it again, I just realized that all archons have broken AF C2s
yea i was told by my sister to not play with archons because it ruins the fun, makes the game too easy and basically wasted wishes lol
I think if you hold Ult when you swap you also use it on swap

I know I’m late to this video but it really seems like raiden’s c6 is designed for playing yae miko sub dps. otherwise her cooldown comes up after raiden’s burst I would think
I'm rather glad when I see popular 5 star characters with nice, but unnecessary C6. You get most of her power and utility at C0, and the rest at C2.
It sucks when a characters power is locked behind a late Constellation.
And then you have Yelan who‘s very complete at C0 and whose whole constellation tree is insane lol

Out of curiosity what 5 star characters do you consider as having NECESSARY C6 or late cons? I can’t think of a single one. Only seems like it applies to 4* units which is USUALLY fine (looking at you Faruzan…)

I suppose there are some characters, while perfectly fine at lower Constellations, have much of their power locked behind further Constellations, but most of those are 4 stars, which is fine.
Yeah, Faruzan is the latest offender, but Noelle is another, Kujou Sara, Gorou, and Diona off the top of my head.
@@Kro-RissaVirus Eula fits in it... Somewhat, due to her burst maxed dmg locked behind C6. (I mean you can't get full 30 stacks with her just with C0 to C5 you gotta get her to C6 but the dmg you deal in C0 makes up for it I guess.)
9:21 First of all, I would say that, to be honest, there's not too much to say. It's pretty cool seeing the cooldowns being decreased though. Basically since I said I'd write some thoughts down in text, that's just what I'm doing. I'll probably only have it show up for a few frames though so it doesn't get in the way of the battle. However, this might be super annoying to read it since you'll have to pause at just the right moment. This is also a micro exploit to increase watch time, since most people need to rewind a few times to get it right. Bye :)

These characters dont need burst cooldown maybe try characters like ayaka childe n hu tao where a burst cooldown is really gonna be an infinite damage
