My question is, the ficus microcarpa has a very thick stem or trunk, so will this develop a thick trunk over years ? And my second question is: is ficus microcarpa a mix of 2 plants (the lower trunk part and the upper leaves part) or is it 1 plant because some people mix 2 types of plants to obtain a certian plant

With all due respect, that's not a Bonsai. It could become a Bonsai in the future, but this will take years. Right now it's nothing more than just a twig in a (nice) container. My advice would be to let it grow for a few years in a big container or even in the ground if possible. Let it trunk up and maybe develop aerial roots for that Banyan look
