I just made this and it was fabulous! Gave cooking tofu a try and was surprised i liked it! I didn't get my tofu as crispy but it still tastes great! Going to be a staple in our house, thanks for sharing!

Made these last night and the recipe was amazing. I swapped a few ingredients. Instead of soy sauce, I added coconut aminos, used grapeseed oil, sesame oil, Trader Joe's sweet chili sauce, toasted sesame seeds, and a tbsp of almond butter. Used butter lettuce for the wrap. The flavors were phenomenal.

Loved this recipe, added a few more veggies and it came out perfect.
Looks delish man. I so a very similar thing but I roast crumbled tofu in the oven until its super crispy and chewy. It ends up coming out to be a perfect Larb substitute.

I do like the idea of this recipe. For those of us that use little or no oil. I would suggest browning the tofu in the oven. And water or broth fry the vegetables adding just a small amount of Sesame seed oil at the end for flavor :-)
