- I have had the honour of caring for dogs, cats and ferrets as pets, and my first job upon leaving school was as a veterinary nurse! Here is what I have noticed about these three popular house pets and how they compare with each other. But which is best for you? I'd love to hear your thoughts in comments.

What do you think? Are ferrets more like dogs or cats? Check out the related video for more ways that ferrets compare with cats and dogs. Thanks! 🐾
U need more likes I love your content
Awww, thank you. I appreciate the support. Winning CZcams over, one like at a time 💪😁🐾
Ferrets are like cats; they will get mad at you randomly and scratch you, try to climb on you ect; altho they do share some habits of dogs
haha, that's so true. I did a whole long post about this (linked in related videos). Ferrets are fantastic 🥰🐾
This is very unrelated but my neighbor befriended a squirrel he’s been feeding the lil guy for months and mad him a little shelf on his fence I feel too shy to ask his name so what do you think I should call him
(he looks like a normal squirrel, has absolutely no survival instinct, likes to explore, always seen with food, found a way to bump his lil head everywhere he goes, eats a lot, and his body shape is like an egg)
I’ve been calling him Egg/Eggie but what do you think I should call him
aww that is too cute! Maybe one day you will get the courage up to ask his name - it might be a great way to meet your neighbour and become friends! In the mean time I think Egg is a perfect name to be honest! Or you could think about the shelf and call him Elfie (from the Elf on the Shelf kids Xmas thing?) Love this story though - thank you for sharing 🥰🐾
@@FerretTubeTV I made him a lil account it’s called @Egg-The-Squirrel if you wanna see him he looks like a lil egg lol
Very cute!!
their more like cats when you want them to do something 😛
unless there is salmon paste on offer! 😂
Ferrets are more like rats. They are pests, not pets.
And that’s just your opinion. Most humans disagree with you.
@@GrubbyPigeon idk, in China they are produce. That is about 1.4 Billion people who are ok eating them.
I see them as pets, but most humans do not. Just as most humans do not see rodent species in general as pets.
Actually, ferrets were bred specifically for pest control - so kinda the opposite of pests 😁
+1 🥰
How are they pests??
