So what is the real problem there? He pay for a car. He get it. And now he dont want it ? He making joke. Car sales dont work like that fella. Nowhere on that receipt says anything about the terms of the sale,and he yet to say why he doesn't want the car.

You dumb, the car had problems that wasn't told to him before or after purchase, so the seller lied claiming it's in good condition, actual price for that broken car should be 12k at least

Same thing had happened to me
I sold a damage car ..that's was repear for 15k.after 4 year the woman used the car she came back and say the car not good she what's back 30k
She put me in court
The court say get the car transfer. that's hers now on the 9th of July the car was transferred to her. ....
No money back there bro ....
And it somethings wrong with the chsis#
License office would of taken it away ...
