FOR THE TADKA:
Clarified Butter= 2 cup
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Bay Leaf= 4
Green Cardamom= 20
Cloves= 8
Black Pepper= 12
Ginger Paste=2 tbsp
Garlic Paste= 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Coconut Powder= 2 tbsp
Curd= 400 gm
FOR THE MASALA:
