While r1a and i2a are slavic haplogroups found mostly among Greeks and less among Albanians concluding that Greeks are of slavic origin and not native in the country they call Greece today but rather it is Albanians that are native in Greece.

Peloponnese comes from the name Pelops, from the greek mythology, Peloponnese = Pelops + nesos (land) = Peloponnese = land of Pelops. These cities are GREEK and you have zeri proof that they are albanian, you are just insecure because you know that in reality these are all Greek. Go search their etymologies btw, they are exactly as i said.

Epeiros, including its northern part, is Greek. It became even more Greek during the Eastern Roman millennium. The Albanians there are nothing more than an Ottoman byproduct.
