Arsenal beats Liverpool, Liverpool beats "the favourite Mancity with overhyped Haaland." Arsenal is on Top of the league at half season. Who cares about title contending? Arsenal just needs to keep winning and allow the lower teams to keep on their contension for the title till the end of the season.
Haaland's biggest asset is his movement. He's still a very good finisher, but his goals have mainly come about when he can get into a position to score in one touch. The Haaland header wouldn't have counted anyway. It was a blatant foul on Salah which Anthony Taylor totally missed that allowed the ball to be crossed in. VAR would definitely have chalked it off. It's one thing to allow a game to flow, it is not acceptable to allow challenges from behind and rugby tackles go. The disallowed City goal was a foul by Haaland, twice. He kicked the ball out of Allison's hands and that is given as a foul 100% of the time, unless you're Anthony Taylor.

As a life-long Gooner I can only disagree with the headline statement - Arsenal are miles short of Man City and their fragility is millimetres beneath the surface with Gabriel a disaster waiting to happen every game. As much as their being at the top currently is a relief after years of disappointment, Arsenal’s apparent revolution is grossly overstated. Yes, there has been progress but most of the usual top 6 or 7 teams have been misfiring badly rather than Arsenal suddenly becoming a superteam. I still anticipate the usual end of season panic to finish in the top 4 because those other teams will mostly sort themselves out and Arsenal will wobble (they were extremely poor and fortunate against Leeds) and probably lose at least one wheel before the final run-in. I cannot but love Wrightie but his passion and loyalty get the better of him.
Have to disagree that our current position is due to the usual to 6-7 misfiring, any team who wins the first 9 out of 10 games will inevitably be top of the league.

Arsenal spent a lot of money.
But he has scored Hatrick against them when he was in Salzburg
@@Henry-to6yz i thought the same when reading this comment. Arsenal got 6 wins in 6 games in preseason. They won 4:0 and 6:0 against chelsea and sevilla.. and then they went to win 9 games out off 10 in the premier league… arsenal is on fire and thats just a fact. Only bad games they had was in norway against bodo and against leeds but they still won and got the points!
Technically they should add us The Arsenal 3 more points given that Liverpool beat city and Arsenal beat Liverpool last week 😂
Love Wrighty but that Eagles hoodie? We need to talk...😄
@6:08 🤣🤣🤣
The media does just that create stories..Haaland missed his chances..simple as that..he didn't struggle against Van Dykk .
did I hear someone say "Mourinno Invincible?"
Yeah he said Chelsea’s invincible till they lost to Utd. I didn’t know anyone can say invincible for undefeated in part of the season😂
Yeah I caught that too. Maybe invincible means different things when discussing Mourihno 🙄🤷♂️
@@richbarr7193 I think it means park the bus & smash and grab
