- I spent 72 hours in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪
We stayed at Nomad Cave Hostel and explored as much as we could in a short amount of time!! 🗺️
There is so much to do in Stockholm but going to the Icebar, seeing all of the architecture, getting a glitter shot, and having the famous milkshakes and waffles were some of my favorite activities🧊✨🥤
I hope you all enjoy this little video of a fun 72 hours in Sweden! 🇸🇪

As a Swede who is marrying an American and works in English all day - I'm still really happy to see you learning some Swedish before coming here! And so cute how excited you were to tell the bus driver Tack så mycket :D
We were practicing the entire bus ride!!! And thank you so much! I was so excited to learn some Swedish :D
Great video! Love seeing people explore my home town :) Just wanted to say your pronunciation at 2:26 was actually pretty good! :)
Wow! That means so much to me! Thank you so😊 Your hometown was beautiful!!
Sweden is definitely in my bucket list ❤
It's so great!
Summertime is the best time in Sweden.
I wish I could’ve gone then!! Sadly I have work:( I will definitely be back😊
Summertime best in south Sweden and Stockholm, wintertime best in the north.@@itsbellaflora
Looks like a fun trip!
I would love to hear more of your thoughts at each place!
that’s such a great idea!! so a review at the end?? or something throughout my time traveling! and how safe i feel and all of that!?
@@itsbellaflora probably as you go. You said the name of the café and what it was famous for - perhaps do the same for a couple of landmarks or visitor attractions every day. The Ice Bar was a really goid example too!
thank you!!! i’ll definitely try that in my next video🫶🏼
Tack så mycket // Thank you for this fun video
You are so welcome!!
The Ice Bar you visited is run at the Ishotellet up in my city Kiruna, Sweden's northernmost city. The ice hotel itself is located 17 kilometers outside the city itself in a village called Jukkasjärvi. There they build a new ice hotel every winter and you can actually sleep in that ice hotel, as well as visit the church that is inside the ice hotel. So in addition to visiting the ice hotel, you can go dog sledding and be out in nature with a scooter. You can actually book a dog sled from the plane to the Ishotellet in Jukkasjärvi.
wow!! you can go dog sledding!!🤯 thank you so much for this information! i hope you don’t mind me pinning your comment!! i would just love if everyone who sees this video also has a chance to learn more😊😊
The ice bar seems so much fun!! 🤩🤩💕💕 I need to go one day!! 🤗🤗
you definitely should!!!
Love to watch ❤
thank you so much!!
Kul!

Before Gamla Stan was named Gamla Stan in the 1980s it was named Staden mellan broarna/the city between the bridges.
wow! that’s so interesting! thank you for sharing😁
pretty good pronunciations for being the first words in swedish!
thank you so much☺️ i LOVE languages even though i am only fluent in one🤣 i am trying to learn Spanish right now!!
Well, you CAN say it twice.
5:43 psst it's Börshuset😊. 5:48 Did you the statue of Kristina Nilsdotter (Gyllenstierna).
☺️☺️i wanted to say thank you for being so kind!! and i did not see the statue:(
You should try a swedish breakfast or en svensk frukost.
ooo i definitely will!!
Over 90% of the grown up swedish population speak good English..so why even try to learn Swedish for a simple vacation?=)
i feel it’s a friendly curtesy when i am entering a new country! every person we met was so happy we knew even the slightest Swedish😊 so for me it’s all about the fun and the effort✨
@@itsbellaflora As you probably noticed most Swedes everyware automatically switched to English when they heard that you were not Swedish as a courtesy and to avoid misunderstandings =)
it did notice that! but a small interaction in Swedish brought lots of smile and laughs🤣😁(at our good and bad pronunciation!)
Because it's fun to learn another language.
@@Rikard_A Well i speak 4 language's incl the 5 tone vocal Thai language so yes its fun.
But for a short Holiday in a almost 100% English speaking country it just confuses ppl.
If I can give you a tip for future videos, don’t play the same song over and over again. Otherwise it was a good video :)
ooo thank you!! i’ve been trying to find different songs to use! i’ll spice it up next time😁💗
can you also pls give me tips?
