    I bet that catback system is gonna sound even better once it’s been driven for awhile. Not too loud, not too quiet either. I like it

    Perrin is a good brand exhaust for Subarus, nice boxer rumble.

      Its too bad that it has stock headers and the stock headers are EL so... no true subie rumble.

    Not a fan of either but I would get bigger tips for the Perrin cat-back and deal with it. The muffler and resonator delete sound awful.

    Some great exhaust work! The Perrin sounds really good. The straight pipe is just way too loud for 200hp. My BMW M has like 3 times the hp but like 1/8 of the volume. And with that "panty dropper" sticker I'm guessing it's probably a 16 year-old's car or something. lol

    can removing the 02 sensors cause the engine to blow?

    • @isnowyazn
      @isnowyazn Před 4 měsíci +2

      In a way, yes, especially the PRIMARY/UPstream oxygen (o2) sensors. These monitor the air-fuel ratio (AFR), which alternates from lean to rich, and vice-versa, depending on the ECU’s automatic adjustments.
      If you take those out and/or disable them on modern automobiles, you end up either having the car stuck in a limp mode (defaulted for safety purposes), and the car/engine won’t really be able to drive like normal or go far.
      Older, classic cars that can have that bypassed, probably won’t even be dealing with these issues, since you’d be adjusting the timing, etc all manually….
