    ranch is that $23,900. HVAC is $29,999. Ridge HVAC Limited is $33,499 top non XR. XR TBA. Probably be $35k for an XR. The Kawasaki will be cheaper than the Polaris Exp though. You can add some crap to the kawasaki like shocks or a Tune if you wanted! I do like Kawasaki reliability.

    It’s a ranger or defender competition. The xr are better than both of those imo. The xpedition is a different class imo

    I honestly like it, a few tweaks and there would be one in the Hunterworks Fleet. A camo HVAC model, arched black A arms and lower the RPM in High Range, 8500 at 57 is around 2000 rpm higher than any other HVAC utility type vehicle. My opinion is that with this rpm you will have the same clutch issues as the KRX does when it is ran at higher speeds for any distance. The CVT stays closed up and then that accelerates the clutch wear because all the parts are not moving, just sitting in one spot.

    I honestly like it, a movement in the right direction, now to wait for the 4 door lol. I can't wait to get my hands on one to start building our Hester Edition Elka shocks and REALLY take it into a whole new world of ride quality and performance! Now, if Kawasaki would just have me build the shocks from the start! lol a 30K+ high performance sxs should not come with $100 shocks! You need some high quality, high performance shocks on that sucker!!

    Polaris agreed to pay for a clutch kit in the Expedition to get the rpm down to where its not to loud. They also have sound dealing material that can help also.

    hope you can tell us soon how the drive will be....and then you hook on a woerks charger and then we will see rearl good things. i wait thins 5 years for an x3 ore polaris ore now for a krx with closed cabin and AC-heater, this is what most would like

    Garmin Tread Powersport base edition is $600. Which is probably the one that Kawasaki offers in the Ridge

    It’s comparable to defender limited and ranger 1000 North Star I don’t see how you can say any different .

    Why isn’t the defender limited comparable? Heat/ Ac, power windows, locking front and rear diffs on the fly only thing it’s got on it is a little bit of hp and a screen which is easily solved with a garmin, defender probably the more common I see running around over Polaris rangers, xpedition seems like whole different class to me than the defender, ranger ,or Kawi

      I agree this is nothing like a xpedition , it’s more like the older ranger 1000 , imo defender still has some better options and ranger 1500 blows this thing away

    Ranger XD 1500 is hard comparison, boys. I’m spending that much cash. That’s the go. Forget about the HP, the TORQUE is what’s it’s about. The XD Ranger has 105 lb ft vs the Ridge 70-something…

    Be cool when you talk about the general. I've had a 40 2017. When the first game out did it all up. Got total, got a brand new 1XP. The last Deluxe with the right command Foss gate. So I got 300 miles on it. Looking to have some fun with that. Don't don't give up the general, and it's loaded as well. Windshield, everything outside doors that's all I need and Ain the eighth put. I'm going to Arizona, maybe I'll see you down down South somewhere. The dunes, the record games March. 11/12/1314 suck my like that fun to ride. If I knew that that's it Rock Lake right there.     Also I don't understand why Polaris decided to put their two cylinder 114 horsepower engine in the largest vehicle they make the expedition XL series.. seriously what were they thinking? The architecture is there! They should have put the three cylinder CVT transmission in the expedition basically drop the Ranger HD/general segment and offer the expedition with the heavy duty suspension to the customer if they want it or not... Obviously you can order the expedition in a two-door four-door or two-door with a bed The architecture is there to choose whatever.... This heavy Expedition needs to have that extra torque that the 1500 3 cylinder produces. The research and development team of Polaris is kind lacking common sense imo..!

    Do some more digging guys! The ridge is basically a ranger xp1000. The ridge xr is a ranger xp1000 Northstar. This thing WILL NOT compete with the xpedition AT All .

      Finally somebody who says so thing who makes sense lol , suspension , a arms alone put this thing inline with a ranger 1000 , even the defender at least has high clearance a arms . Xpedition , rmax etc blow this thing away in suspension

    I Have A 2018 Polaris General SEATER I Carry almost 300lbs in bed between Tools/spare Parts & BEER I Have 2 Handles Both sides 1 Nitro shock & ITS A CHORE TO GET BED TO TILT I can haul 600lbs and 1500 towing That was way before where I'm at now LOL 146hp tp all 4 wheels all turbo front suspension Xp rear 32" Tires SO 200LBS BED NO TOWING 🍺

    They screwed up by not putting better shocks on here. Some fox shocks and this would have been a lot better.

    So your comment about the HP. The reason is the unwritten rule of going up only by small margins. Also they make much more money by enticing people to go and upgrade when they go up in small amounts. Essentially huge money over the long haul. Why wouldn’t they just put the 115 hp rzr motor in ranger too. Nope just up it every few years when sales drop. Hell why wouldn’t they put the turbo rzr motor in a ranger and general right now? Just need to gear it lower. It will get added some day in the future slowly.

    No way it will be 24k when the top one available now is 33.5k, not when you add those 5 things you pointed out, I bet it’s between 38 and 39k.

      These are considered to be in a different category than the Ranger and Defender. Xpedition, Commander, RMAX, and Ridge are all crossover sxs's

    I had a Kawasaki mule pro FXR 2023 model it was a piece of crap transmission went out driving down the road only 141 hrs on it and Kawasaki and my prosthetic dealer would not cover it under warranty . There is three year warranty and its a joke . Got a can am defender so far it has been great

      If this is even true, which I don’t believe it is, it’s a one off…. If your machine was still covered by factory warranty there’s NO WAY Kawi didn’t fix it. They’ve replaced stuff for me because I peeled decals off with a pressure washer. Kawi follows up with customer complaints and offers quick updates for machines as well. They have a great warranty and stand behind their products. Either you were out of warranty or your story doesn’t add up in my opinion….

      @@pajamatime5750 for your information the Kawasaki mule is a 2023 model and it's supposed to have a 3-year warranty so the warranty is not up . And that is the reason why I purchased the Kawasaki was because of the warranty . I have legal counsel that is looking in the situation

      @@pajamatime5750 they said when I was driving it down a road they said I put The shift lever in reverse when I was driving it down the road I don't know of anybody that would even consider that decision well you're driving because the average person would know it would cause transmission damage .

    Dudes their buildup for this product was wayyyy overkill! lol. I thought it would be something really special. Instead it’s just a line filler between the mule and the teryx/Krx.

    however, I'm very disappointed in this hyped release. This is basically a Ranger with a four-cylinder engine that produces only two more horsepower than the two cylinder ProStar engine? Look at the front a arms they are twigs not even high arched. The tires are from 2015 in size little pizza cutters. Sorry, but this isn't revolutionary in any way shape or form and I think it will flop in sales unfortunately....It has nothing over any of the competition.... Now if team Kawasaki put their heads on right they would have made something equivalent to the Polaris expedition utilizing the KRX frame with the four cylinder engine, including the interior amenities that the expedition is known for. And of course top it off with KRX legendary strong A arm components and add unitized hub bearings, (this is a positive trend) you would have a serious contender in the market..... Sorry but I grade this new machine to the market a solid c+.... 2

      I've got a 2022 polaris ranger xp 1000 and done over 7000 miles and it's been absolutely faultless I'm from the UK.

    Such a underwhelming release. Everybody losing their minds over a 4 cylinder possible supercharged H2 power plant pure sport SxS. And then “fart noise” a cheap version of a Polaris Ranger.
