The galley is nicer than than in some apartments. The entire interior is warm, welcoming, it gives a homey feeling. I like that the second stateroom is laid out like a sitting area (until you need it for sleeping quarters). I do not like the forward cabin, too claustrophobic with the extra bunks, but that’s just my opinion. It’s a beautiful boat.

The best feature of this trawler is the lack of a flynridge. Most of the trawlers I see out there have a skyscraper look which, to me, is ugly. Not to mention the windage at anchor. This one has sweet lines, close to the ocean, and a classic interior. Too bad it sold, haha.
Mike: The flybridge choice has strong opinions. You cover some of the non-fly advantages, another is less cost (less equipment). There is always another one coming on the market!
Navajas: All three good boats. The Tugs are not designed to cross oceans, the Nordhavn is. You need to determine what type of cruising you will be doing to narrow down your choice.
Deepak: No. This is a coastal boat that does not have the range/fuel capacity to complete all of the legs of a circumnavigation. Not designed for it - fantastic semi-displacement go a little faster, but not as far.
Remy: This is how they liked to use the boat - with a group of guys going out fishing. It could be converted back. She sold a couple of years ago and the new owners are having a blast.
Dennis: 600 gallons of fuel and a cruise speed variable between 8- 14 knots with 16 knots tops so it would depend on how many miles you wanted to get out of 540 gallons and match your speed to that (this would be keeping 10% of your fuel in reserve).
