Like the day before the birth if they feel like it - and have done so for centurys.. (Women used to give birth in saunas before they started to go to the hospital for that about 100 years ago..) So why not the hot tub?? Would be nice to know.. Never heard of this.. 🤔 😊

i know all of these because my sister had a baby. my sister can tell which breast her baby fed from by weighing them in her hand. and also one will be smaller than the other one. so yeah, you need to alternate. and also the breast pump can be good for when the mothers breasts are getting sore because of the amount of milk she’s producing so it will relieve a lot of that pain and help reduce leakage
