For people actually trying to take blood out of clothes for like period and other shit like that, I’ve found that it’ll come out fine as long as you can keep the stain damp or wet until you can take it off. Then soak it in warm water for 10 ish minutes and then just wash it normally. Sometimes you can’t do this, but it does work 100% if you’re at home at the time :).

Also, just a note that you should never sleep on or with a heating pad (including the rice sock) as it can seriously burn you. Mine barely felt warm but after I slept on it for 8 hours I had quite the burn on my back. If you have marks on your body from a heating item, you have to take a break until the marks go away, which means more pain and less relief for you. Be safe! Love, your local chronically ill person
