Kovalam Kerala: Kovalam is a seaside resort in the city of Trivandrum in Kerala, India. Kovalam is located 12.6 km (7.8 mi) southeast of the city center. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse.

Exploring the majestic Azhimala Shiva statue, savoring a delightful lunch, stumbling upon a stunning seashell (my lucky find 😁), and being spellbound by the breathtaking view. This is the only thing i don't like about random group trips, specially we North Indians don't have developed taste buds to try new dishes.. I like to have group which not only enjoys traveling but also local foods. I am Gujju my family travels with literally a portable kitchen so i can't bitch about it but still its irritating. Develop your taste buds guys if you are into traveling.

​@@HeenaBhatiaShe does not know there is a big Elephant sanctuary near famous Guruvayoor temple in thrissur, where one can see lot of elephants in one place.This temple is the most powerful krishna diety in India..as lot of people experienced same.The Elephant sanctuary itself is the property of temple.

​​@@HeenaBhatiaShe is in Trivandrum and Sree padmabha swamy temple is just 13 kms away from Kovalam and in city center.One have to follow dress code and many tourists leave with nice memories and photoshoot in local dress code infront of temple. Most does not want to miss richest temple in the world.
