I’d say it looks like a modern mullet. He has lots of bulk in the back and sides. He gets rid of his sideburns and keeps his hair down to his eyebrows-eyes.
If you want this cut then I’d first find a picture of this guy and show it to your barber. I’d then ask your barber to get rid of your sideburns and cut your hair down to your eyelashes. Tell your barber to leave bulk in the back and sides and cut any hair around the ears. You should get something similar to this at the least
