O.D. Grip and Pitch Tool for 200 lb. Bins

Ergonomic Partners teams of designers, engineers, and fabricators built this custom tool for lifting, gripping, and pitching (emptying) 200-pound parts containers. This tool is a game-changer for the company's workforce, providing reduced worker fatigue, increased productivity, enhanced safety, and improved efficiency. The tool features a robust steel and aluminum powder coated frame, Linatex rubber lined grip jaws with UHMW grip guides and landing pads, a zero gravity floating handlebar, pneumatic grip and pitch cylinders, grip / release controls with a common button, momentary 90-degree pitch lever controls, proportional up / down controls, E-stop, float mode, and an always-on OLED high-resolution menu and status display on the handle. The tool is suspended from an articulating Gorbel Easy Arm jib crane with G-Force Smart Hoist using two anti-drop safety systems: a common button and our gripper safety circuit, preventing operators from accidentally releasing the bins in mid-air.
