To clear that up properly, to most black nations (Ghana included) the term nigga is often used among citizens to refer to brothers, especially in the streets and ghettos. Blood is also a term. It's kinda like BFAM, you get the idea. So where he repeated "blood niggas" or "blood" in general, he's implying that his bros on the streets are "blood". They're just as biological family

A regular Ghanaian knows nothing about bloods. Yes there are in "gang" but not same as in the state. They may commit Petty crimes mostly because of hardship but killings is mostly not common in ghettos. People live code by conduct in our ghettos.
